To place an order by phone please call toll free 1.866.961.9666. Fax orders can be placed by faxing your order to 202.464.1915. Fax order forms can be found on the first page of our shopping cart. Simply fill in the required information, print and fax. As soon as we receive your order we will send out a confirmation email with each purchase as a receipt as well as tracing purposes.

Shipping Information for the United States and Canada:

Center Pet Pharmacy offers the following rates only to customers in the United States and Canada. Shipping costs approximately range from:

  • Products/Orders from $0.01 to $49.99 cost around $7.99 to ship
  • Products/Orders from $50.99 to $99.99 cost around $12.99 to ship
  • Products/Orders from $100.00 to $199.99 cost around $14.99 to ship
  • Products/Orders from $200.00 and up cost around $16.99 to ship
  • For Express shipping please call our toll free number for separate pricing information. Oversized packages may cost more as well.

Products that are in stock generally will ship out within 24 hours via UPS. All other products will be shipped out as timely as possible. Please keep in mind that products not in stock must be ordered from our warehouse and could take longer than 24 hours to ship out. Shipping time varies based on the vendor. If an item has to be backordered, we will immediately notify you via email with an estimated arrival date as well as your individual shipping/tracking information.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us up to 15 days of delivery of your product(s) and we will gladly provide you with instructions on how to return a product for either a refund or store credit. If you would like to receive a refund on a credit card purchase, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. We can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our errors. However we do not refund shipping and handling fees otherwise. This includes the original shipping fee and return shipping fees. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice when returning merchandise.

Please note that we cannot return the following items for a refund:

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition or packaging. Any item returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item, which will then be determined after examining the return.
  • Beds, furniture and pet carriers: For health and sanitary reasons these items cannot be returned.
  • Personalized or customized merchandise
  • Edible items
  • Seasonal Items
  • Sale merchandise
  • Due to health policy medications can not be returned.

In our experience, most returns are the result of incorrect sizing. Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure correct sizing.

Please also remember to ship wisely when returning your items. Remember that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. For your own protection, we suggest that you insure your package before mailing as well as using a traceable shipping method.

CANCELLATIONS:
We work hard to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. In any event, if you need to cancel your order please call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return policy for instructions. However backorders are different in that you have more time to cancel. If you happen to order an item which is not available or on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible, at which time you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
